Features

One connected process.
Nine powerful components.

Each component is powerful in its own right. The difference comes from all components sharing the same plan, activity, role and timing context.

From design to replay

One connected operational system.

Switching between systems costs time and loses context. CMS Enterprise keeps execution, information and evidence together.

01 · Design

Designer

Plan activities, main groups, dependencies, parallel flows and fixed start times in one design environment.

02 · Prevent

Health Center

Monitor readiness, dependencies, staffing, conflicts and operational health before and during execution.

03 · Control

Mission Control

Start, pause, resume and manage the cutover live, with current statuses, forecasts and clear alerts.

04 · Activate

My Workplace

Show each team member relevant plans and their next action. Notes and replies keep coordination within the activity.

05 · Oversee

Situation Room

Bring progress, risks, incidents, delays and decisions together for management and the crisis team.

06 · Communicate

Communication Center

Link E-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, Push and Microsoft Teams to a plan, main group or activity, with a full history.

07 · Document

Document Register

Link work instructions and evidence to the plan, main group or activity. Classify documents by type and filter the register.

08 · Report

Reporting Center

Report on KPIs, plan versus actual, forecasts, delays, bottlenecks, workload, incidents and findings.

09 · Verify

Audit & Replay

Reconstruct who did what and when, including decisions, communication, deviations and staff replacements.

Collaboration within the activity

Notes, Incidents and Findings

Everyday coordination and formal follow-up each have their own place, linked to the same work.

Notes

Everyday coordination

Add comments and reply within the activity. The author, timestamp and revision history keep contributions traceable. Adding a note does not change activity status.

Example: “Use the updated runbook.”

Incidents

Disruptions during execution

Record an operational disruption during the cutover and follow it up to restore execution.

Example: “The migration stops after a connection failure.”

Findings

Formal assessment and follow-up

Record a deviation, for example from a test or trial migration. Assign an owner and follow it through to retesting or formal acceptance.

Example: “The record count after the trial migration is incorrect.”

Formal follow-up needed? Create a linked finding from a note. This is a deliberate user action. You can also filter the findings register to focus on relevant items.

Continuous context

Incidents and documents stay connected to execution.

Everything stays linked to the activity it concerns. This enables faster action during the cutover and a more complete reconstruction afterwards.
